Shipping and Processing

We ship anywhere in Canada and the US via Canada Post and USPS.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the transaction is successfully processed on or before 5 PM EST.  Orders place on Fridays after 5 PM EST, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day as Canada Post does not operate on weekends or holidays.

Within Canada Expedited shipping with tracking Within Ontario 1 - 2 business days
    Rest of Canada up to 7 business days

      To The United States

      Standard shipping with tracking 4 - 7 business days

        Occasions may arise that are out of our control due to delays in postal service, inclement weather and any other unforeseen circumstances.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or postage delayed packages.

        For U.S. customers, your parcel may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes charged.

        For international customers, as of now, we only ship within Canada and to the United States.  We will provide an update once we have a viable worldwide shipping option.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused in the mean time.  


        Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

        All Canadian orders can be tracked on Canada Post website with the tracking number provided

        For U.S. orders, you can first track the package on Canada Post website. Once the package passed the U.S. boarder, you can continue tracking on USPS website with the same tracking number.  


        All returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.  Return item(s) must be unopen/unused and in its original packaging upon receiving.  

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
        If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

        *Customers are responsible for own shipping costs for returning the item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
